We are true pioneers in the coconut oil manufacturing industry, established as a company in Sri Lanka in 2014. However, our roots trace back a generation before, where we manufactured and distributed coconut oil across the island.
Located in the coconut triangle of Sri Lanka, our state-of-the-art facility spans an acre, ensuring smooth production and storage of the highest quality coconut oil. Naariyal is a registered organization with the Coconut Development Board of Sri Lanka.
In 2024, we expanded our product portfolio to include homemade spices, ready-to-eat Sri Lankan sweets, and savory items. Our commitment to stakeholders and giving back to farmers has been integral to our success. We value our employees and coconut farmers as the foundation of our standards and quality.

Savinda Perera is the founder of Savi Enterprises and serves as Director at both Naariyal Private Limited and Savi Explorers Pvt Ltd. With extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, marketing, sales, operations, and human resources, Savinda is responsible for steering the companies towards success. As the key decision-maker in both his businesses, he handles everything from long-term vision-setting to day-to-day management, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that financial stability is maintained.
At Naariyal Pvt Ltd, Savinda plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s operations, making strategic decisions, managing finances, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. His hands-on approach in these small companies involves close monitoring of performance, guiding the management team, and upholding ethical standards to prevent any risks such as insolvent trading. As a director, he takes on a multifaceted role that demands effective delegation and collaboration.
Savinda's professional journey began in the coconut oil manufacturing industry in 2014, where he has made a significant impact, and now he’s expanding his horizons into food & beverages and tourism. His leadership and innovative thinking have been instrumental in driving new growth for his businesses.
Savinda is an alumnus of St. Peter’s College in Colombo and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Sri Jayawardenapura University. His skills in leadership, project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning make him a dynamic force in any industry. Savinda is also committed to social responsibility, leading annual CSR projects within the working community.
Achini Karunanayake (BBA, DipM, MBA)

Achini Karunanayake is the Director of Naariyal Private Limited, where she oversees the company's marketing strategies, corporate governance, and day-to-day operations. With a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and compliance, Achini ensures that the company is well-positioned for growth while maintaining its commitment to ethical business practices. Her hands-on approach and leadership style foster a collaborative environment, allowing her to work closely with key teams to drive the company’s success.
Before joining Naariyal, Achini gained extensive experience in product marketing and business development. She held roles at Macksons Paints Lanka, Avery Dennison Lanka, and SAVI Enterprises, where she honed her expertise in marketing strategy, product development, and stakeholder management.
Achini’s academic credentials include a Masters in Business Administration from Staffordshire University, a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Marketing from Edith Cowan University. Her skill set is complemented by her proficiency in organizational leadership, creative problem-solving, and brand management.
Outside of her professional life, Achini is passionate about driving innovation, developing new marketing strategies, and mentoring emerging leaders in the industry.
